Refund Policy

All sales of digital products (Music Licenses and Audio Files) are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital content, once a download link has been accessed, the Service is considered “consumed.” As such, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any music licenses or digital downloads.

Technical Issues: If you experience a technical problem with your digital order (e.g., a corrupted file or a broken download link), please contact us at contact@rightsfreesound.com within 7 days of purchase. We will provide a replacement file or resolve the issue. If we are unable to fix a verified technical defect, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
